How to Measure
Waist: Measure around your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso, usually just above your belly button. Keep the tape snug but not tight.
Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, approximately 20cm below your natural waist.
Front Rise: The front rise determines how high the jean sits on your body. Measure from your crotch to the top of your waistband at the front.
Inseam: Measure from your crotch to your ankle along the inner leg. The easiest way is to measure a pair of jeans that already fit you well — lay them flat and measure the inner seam from crotch to hem.
All measurements are body measurements. If between sizes, size up for a relaxed fit or size down for a closer fit.
