How long will it take for my order to arrive
New Zealand orders are usually overnight except for weekends. Australian orders 4-8 working days. Please note some Covid-19 delays may apply.
How do I track my order
NZ - Your Courier Post tracking number will be emailed to you once your jeans have been shipped. You can track their progress via the link included in your email.
AUS - Your Courier Post and Australia Post tracking number will be emailed to you once your jeans have been shipped. You can track progress via the link included in your email.
Can I cancel or change my order
Unfortunately not once your order has been packed. Email us at info@junkfoodjeans.co.nz and we will see what stage your order is at.
How long will it take for my refund, store credit or exchange to be processed
Once we receive your returned parcel we aim to process it within 3 working days. A little longer during public holidays.
Can i get a refund if i change my mind
Yes we can provide a refund, store credit or an exchange provided all of the returns conditions are met.
My jeans are not the right size can I send them back for an exchange
Yes provided they meet all of the returns conditions.
I would like a refund, will my original $6.95 shipping also be refunded
No, we retain your original $6.95 shipping but will refund you the full purchase price you paid provided all of the returns conditions are met.
I meet all returns conditions but I washed my jeans, can they still be returned
No, once washed your jeans, shorts, skirts, jackets cannot be sold as new.
My jeans are faulty what should i do
Please send them back to us, include your returns form explaining the problem and we can check the fault for you. If its a manufacturing fault we will meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to find a remedy within a reasonable time frame. If your jeans are deemed faulty your $5 return shipping will be refunded.
What are your washing instructions
All of our products have detailed washing instructions sewn into the waistband of each garment. Please follow these instructions to avoid damage or problems with your new jeans.
I put my jeans in the drier and now they are faulty can i get a new pair
No, we recommend that you air dry your jeans inside out and out of direct sunlight. Driers can caused button, fabric and zip damage and may shrink certain denims.
I need to exchange my jeans will you reimburse my return shipping
No, return shipping is at your own cost but we will pay to ship you out your preferred jeans.
