How much does delivery cost
NZ - Purchases of NZD$69.90 or more, free standard delivery. Otherwise NZD$5

AUS - Purchases of NZD$150 or more, free standard delivery. Otherwise NZD$18

Please email info@junkfoodjeans.co.nz for shipping costs on orders to be delivered outside New Zealand.

How long will it take for my order to arrive
New Zealand orders are usually overnight except for weekends. Australian orders up to 5 working days.

How do I track my order
Your Courier Post tracking number will be emailed to you once your jeans have been shipped. You can track their progress via the link included in your email. 

Can I cancel/change my order
Yes - unless its already been shipped - if thats the case just send it back for a refund. You can email us at info@junkfoodjeans.co.nz 

How do I return/exchange my order
Provided you meet the conditions in our returns policy, you can return by sending your purchase back to us at Junkfood Jeans PO Box 34690 Birkenhead Auckland 0746 please include a return/exchange form with your return. Return shipping fees are at your own cost. NZ - we can exchange and ship back to you with no additional shipping fees. AU - no exchanges, please return to us for a refund and order another size if required.

How long will it take for my return to be processed.

We process returns on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. Once we get your parcel back we will process it quickly.

What countries do you ship to

At this stage, we only deliver to New Zealand and Australia. However, if you would like an item delivered to another destination please contact Junkfood customer service on info@junkfoodjeans.co.nz
