Yes we refund, store credit or exchange - provided returns conditions are met

We aim to process refunds, store credits and exchanges within 2 working days after your parcel is received.
Once processed we email you confirmation of either your refund, store credit or your new tracking number for your exchange.

Returns Conditions:
1.  Swing tags are attached, item/s is unworn, unwashed, and in new condition
2.  Proof of purchase - your online order confirmation will do
3.  Item/s returned within 30 days of purchase
4.  Refunds can only be processed back onto the original form of payment
5.  Return is sent with a completed Returns Form

We realise that when buying online you can sometimes get it wrong - the size, colour or denim is not quite as you expected - we process refunds, store credits and exchanges quickly and without drama provided the returns conditions are met. 

NZ - If you want to exchange your item - you pay the shipping to get the unsuitable jeans back to us and we pay the shipping to get your preferred jeans back to you.

AUS - Sorry no exchanges. Please return for a refund and re-purchase the size you require.

Return Shipping - How to

  1. You pay the return shipping but if you request an exchange - we pay the shipping to get your preferred jeans out to you.
  2. We recommend that you track your returned parcel.                                    
  3. When returning your item/s, please ensure you complete and include your returns form inside the parcel.
