Returns: How To
Yes we refund (provided returns conditions are met)
We aim to process refunds and exchanges the same day they are received.
Once processed we email you confirmation of either your refund or your new tracking number for your exchange.
1) swing tags are attached, item is unworn, unwashed, and is in new condition
2) proof of purchase is required - your online order confirmation will do
3) the item is returned within 30 days of purchase
4) refunds can only be processed back onto the original form of payment
5) your return is sent with a completed Returns Form
Refunds & Exchanges
We realise that when buying online you can sometimes get it wrong - the size, colour or denim is not quite as you expected - we process refunds and exchanges quickly and without drama provided the returns conditions are met. We aim to process returns every business day.
NZ - If you want to exchange your item - you pay the shipping to get the unsuitable jeans back to us and we pay the shipping to get your preferred jeans back to you.
AUS - Sorry no exchanges. Please return for a refund and re-purchase the size you require.
You pay the return shipping but if you request an exchange - we pay the shipping to get your preferred jeans out to you.
We recommend that you track your returned parcel.
Please include a returns form with your parcel, including your order number, full name used when you ordered and a mobile number in case we need to give you a call. Please explain your exchange or refund request in detail to help us to process your order quickly. You will receive a returns form with your order or you can download and print one here.
